The NHL Kicks Off Today

Hey Peeps and anyone else checking in. A special "Hey" goes out to Hazel Mae.

The quest for the Stanley Cup starts tonight at the ACC, when the Maple Leafs face off against the Ottawa SenaTards. We are going into this season with the thought/hope that Hazel is still part of Leaf Nation - its like growing up a Red Sox fan, its there for life. Everyone is talking about this year being a tough one for Toronto - with few, if any, giving them a chance to make the playoffs...we'll see.

Ok, I was awful yesterday in picking game 1 of the MLB Playoffs - but today's lock is the Dodgers at Shea today. Another member of Hazel Mae's Hackers, Derek Lowe, takes the mound today against "who knows" for the Mets. Orlando Hernandez came off the field yesterday with a bad calf. The Mets are breaking down gang. No prediction on the final score - Red Sox Nation West wins.
