A Ham Sandwich

Speculation growing that Barry Bonds may be indicted by a grand jury on charges of perjury or "other crimes". Baseball traditionalists must be wrining their hands with glee - but as I heard Bob Costas say yesterday on the Jim Rome Show "An indictment doesn't mean he is guilty - I can't remember the name of the DA who once said - 'I could get a jury to indict a ham sandwich' - Bonds' lawyers will be quick to point out the difference between and indictment and a charge." Speaking of ham sandwiches - man Barry's head is as big as an Easter Day ham.
