So You Want To Do Things The Hard Way Huh?

Hey Peeps and anyone else checking in. A special "Hey" goes out to Hazel Mae.

A quick Sunday morning post, lots to do here today and very little to talk about. The Maple Leafs blew it last night in Montreal, against a much healthier than reported Canadiens team. Montreal LW Alex Kovalev was back in the lineup - a few days ago he was suffering from vertigo which was threatening to end his season, last night he was good to go. Saku Koivu played too, surprising since he always seems to be a game time decision - if you haven't had the misfortune of watching the Habs, there is always some reference to how "Koivu shouldn't even be playing because he is so banged up, or so sick". I'm tired of it, he's an average player - stop trying to make him out to be some sort of hero...he's a dirty little prick who has gotten a free pass after coming back from beating cancer. End of story.

Think I'm a little pissed about last night's game? You bet I am...what looked like a good bet to wind up as a 3-0 week, turns into a 1-1-1 week - with games against the Devils and Sabres. We're going to have to do it the hard way now.

HAZEL'S THREE STARS
Florida Panthers C Olli Jokinen had 2 goals and 3 assists in an 8-5 victory over the Islanders yesterday - the ONLY result Leafs Nation liked last night.

Colorado Avalanche C Joe Sakic had 2 goals and an assist in a 6-3 victory over the Coyotes.

Vancouver Canucks G Roberto Luongo stopped 32 shots in a 4-1 victory over the Red Wings last night.

SUNDAY THREE PLAY
We were 2-1 last night and finished the night + $40, bringing the total to the week to + $455. I broke my main rule again last night - never pick the Leafs when real or hypothetic money are involved...I should know better. We'll go with one play this afternoon and come back later on this afternoon for more.

Tampa Bay over Washington - no explanation needed. Lay $150 on the Lightning - $180.

That's it for this morning gang...have a great one peeps.

No links this morning - no good news for Hazel.

HAZEL'S SUNDAY HOROSCOPE
There will be plenty you aren't aware of so, before you make any decisions, take a wait-and-see attitude. Do not travel to areas that are not safe. Not having the proper paperwork may lead to complications. 3 stars

Hazel, I hope things are groovy in your world.

Song of the Day on Hazelspeeps - I'm feelin' this song big time

What Goes Around - Justin Timberlake

Peesth Out...Buh Bye.
