Sunday Three Play

Hey Peeps and anyone else checking in. A special "Hey" goes out to Hazel Mae if she is checking in.

We're taking today off - we suggest your scroll down to see Quikdraw's entry from last night - he's got ARod and Lowell winding up in the other guy's uniform next year. Check it out.

We finished the day 2-1 yesterday -raising the total for the week to + $495.
Today's suggestions:

MLB
Atlanta over Washington - the Braves are out of it, but expect them to play today for Tim Hudson, who goes up against Shawn Hill. Hudson is 4-1 lifetime against the Nats. Lay $100 on the Braves - $130.

New York over Philadelphia - the Mets screwed us yesterday by blowing a lead in the late innings - it shouldn't happen today with Oliver Perez going up against Adam Eaton. Lay $100 on the Mets - $165.

Toronto over Baltimore - Shaun Marcum takes the mound against Victor Santos - this could get ugly in a hurry. Both teams have given up on the season - but the Blue Jays have something to play for at home. Lay $100 on the Jays - $215.

NFL
Cincinnati -6.5 over Cleveland - the Browns couldn't deal with the Steelers last week - they are going to find Carson Palmer and Ocho Cinco much tougher to deal with. Lay $100 on the Bengals.

New Orleans -3.5 over Tampa Bay - the Saints have had 10 days to think about the game in Indianapolis; Brees, Bush an Co. take out their frustrations on the Bucs. Lay $100 on the Saints.

Jacksonville over Atlanta - We can't see Atlanta scoring more than six points today against the Jags who have been challenged by their coach to be better. It is going to be a long day for "Happy Feet" Harrington.

That's it for today gang - thanks for taking the time to check in. Back later for afternoon games.

Hazel, we hope things are groovy in your world. Enjoy your NFL Sunday

We're Out!
