Shocker In Lotus Land

Hey Peeps and anyone else checking in. A special "Hey" goes out to Hazel Mae.

A shaky start to the Conference Finals last night with Edmonton walking in and beating a rested Anaheim Ducks team by a score of 2-1. While many are calling the Oilers a team of destiny (and while I would love to believe it) I am not quite there yet. The Ducks are good, very good - they are not a fluke. I'm leaning towards the Ducks rebounding and winning the series...seems like they play their best games at home.

The Buffalo/Carolina series starts today - I'm calling for a Carolina win in today's game, but Buffalo to eventually win the series...more on that later. I've got to get going now.
