Call Me Rasheed

Hey Peeps and anyone else checking in. A special "Hey" goes out to Hazel Mae.

I guaranteed two games yesterday, Barcelona winning over Arsenal and San Jose winning over Edmonton.

Barcelona scored two goals in the last fifteen minutes of the game yesterday in Paris, overcoming an awful first half call where they had a goal taken away from them early in the game. The Catalans dominated Arsenal yesterday, in large part because Jens Lehmann was given a red card early in the first half, but also because they were the much better team.

Now for the "Rasheed" part - the San Jose Sharks. I expected more from them yesterday - I should have known the kiss of death was when Pierre MacGuire predicted a Sharks win. The Sharks can point to their anemic power play/Edmonton's fantastic penalty killing over the last four games as the primary reason they lost the series. San Jose just could not break through Roloson last night...So I finish up Round 2 with a 3-1 record - Conference Final picks later.

I played in a poker tournament last night - the cards weren't coming last night...so I had to grind it out. I made it to the final 16 - to be played next Wednesday...still lookin' for a little Hazel Karma to come through for me.
