Spring Cleaning

Hey Peeps and anyone else checking in. A special "Hey" goes out to Hazel Mae - and anyone else who is a member of Leaf Nation and closing the book on the NHL 2005/06 season.

After losing back to back games against the Habs, Leaf Nation is calling for heads to roll. The media is really on John Ferguson Jr., with Steve Simmons of the Toronto Sun writing about some of JFJ's bad decisions. I'm going to mull this one over today.

In other news, the Bruins fired Mike O'Connell - I don't understand the logic in that. They let him hang around long enough to trade Samsonov? He should have been canned right after trading Thornton - sorry Bruins' fans and Jack Edwards...you didn't win that trade, you will NEVER be seen as winners in that trade. I wonder if Sinden put him up to trading Samsonov....knowing that he was going to can O'Connell - making Mike the fall guy. Oh well, when you are a stooge for upper management...
