Our newest blogger checked in yesterday with a bang - told you he'd bring a new element to the page...before anyone gets up in arms, he really is a die-hard fan of the Red Sox. You are going to like this guy.

Just a quick post for today's three play - we'll check back in later with a weekend recap.


MONDAY'S THREE PLAY
We finished the week at + $240 - doesn't look like we are going to hit our target of breaking even for the year (we have until Sunday)...so we'll minimize the damage. Today's suggestions:

Colorado over San Francisco - Matt Cain has been pitching well lately, but he hasn't had to pitch well in Colorado; Jeff Francis has, and we are going with him again today. Lay $100 on the Rockies - $140.

Seattle over New York - our upset special today, we like Felix Hernandez over Roger Clemens today...call it a hunch pick, call it a play on Seattle having to end the losing streak, call it whatever. Lay $100 on the Mariners + $160.

Philadelphia/Atlanta over 11 - Jamie Moyer and Lance Cormier take the mound in Atlanta today - the Braves had a tough time against Tom Glavine yesterday, but we think facing a soft tossing lefty will get a whole lot easier today. Both teams should score early and often today. Lay $100 on the Over + $105.

We'll check back in later today with the night games - we like Boston tonight.
