Summer's Over For Some

Hey Peeps and anyone else checking in. A special "Hey" goes out to Hazel Mae.

While things in the American League look pretty well settled - with the exception of the Wild Card race between Minnesota and Chicago (sorry Red Sox Nation), the National League looks like it is going to go down to the wire for a number of teams fighting for the NL Wild Card spot. I still think Red Sox West have enough to hold on for the N.L West title - even with San Diego gaining a bit over the last few days.

Last night's notables

Washington Nationals P Ramon Ortiz took a no-hitter into the ninth yesterday against the Cardinals - he lost it on a HR to Hazel Mae's Hackers' 1B Albert Pujols...welcome back Albert!

Atlants Braves P Chris James one-hit the Mets over eight innings yesterday afternoon, leading the Braves to a 5-0 victory. Surprise Surprise, Andruw Jones goes 0 for 3 killing yet another one of my Pro-Line tickets...why do I pick this guy?

Philadelphia Phillies 1B Ryan Howard hit his 53rd HR yesterday...no talk of this boy being on the juice.

Don't look now but the asterisk is starting to find his HR stroke. He hit his 22nd yesterday agains the Reds.

Back later with my NFL picks for the week - have a great one peeps.

HAZEL'S TUESDAY HOROSCOPE

Take a chance and try something altogether different from what you have been doing in the past. Changes may be made fast so it's important to be fully aware of what everyone around you is doing. Don't be fooled by the interest someone shows in you. 4 stars

Hazel, I hope things are groovy in your world.

Song of the day on Hazelspeeps - just because

Deny - Default

Peesth Out...Buh Bye!
